Council election 2013
RESULTS OF COUNCIL ELECTION ANNOUNCED AT THE AGM ON MONDAY 24 JUNE
General Constituency
There were 6 vacancies to be filled and 11 candidates submitted nomination forms to stand for election. The following were elected:
- Fiona Morrison
- Kathryn Morgan
- Colin Wilson
- Nick Silver
- Wendy Hawes
- Edwin Sheaf
It was with great sadness that Council was advised of the death of Wendy Hawes at the end of July 2013.

The 6 retirees from the General Constituency were: Adrian Baskir, Andrew Chamberlain, Jane Curtis, Justyn Harding, Trevor Llanwarne and Fiona Morrison.
Scottish Constituency
We received 2 nominations to stand for election to Council for the Scottish Constituency to fill the 3 vacancies. Therefore there was no contested ballot and the 2 candidates– Benny Higgins and Carole Ryden – were elected automatically to Council from the close of the AGM on 24 June. Council will give consideration in due course on any one year appointment to fill the remaining vacancy.
The 3 retirees from the Scottish Constituency were: Mike Codron, Katie Low and David Martin.
