Jules Constantinou

Jules Constantinou of Gen Re LifeHealth is the Assistant General Manager: Head of Marketing, Gen Re Life (since October 2003). He studied a BSc (Statistics and Actuarial Science), University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg (1984) and qualified as a Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries in 1991. He was previously, Managing Principal: Alternative Solutions: Gen Re (from May 1999 to September 2003) and General Manager: Head of Marketing and Product Development: Gen Re Life, South Africa: from March 1993 to April 1999. He started his career at Metropolitan Life (South Africa) in 1987, where he did a variety of actuarial product development and management roles in individual and employee benefit businesses.

Jules presented a paper at the 2006 Life Convention entitled: "A whole new world .... or implications for life insurers of CP06/16 on the risk management and pricing of term assurance".
