Having been Scotland's first Auditor General since the creation of the Scottish Parliament, Robert Black retired from his post last year.  Robert will draw from his extensive experience to set out the challenges which lie ahead for public services.  He will examine the policy divergence which is clearly evident between England and Scotland, highlighting the emerging strengths and challenges in the different approaches.  Robert will suggest there is a need for "transformational" changes to meet the challenges we are facing in Scotland.
