Cancellation of a conference place must be made in writing and will be subject to an administrative charge of 20%. Any cancellations advised after 9 September will not be refunded. A colleague may attend in your place but, we will need written confirmation of this.

A late booking fee of £50 will be applied to all bookings received less than two weeks before the event.

A limited number of bursary places are available for those who are not in remunerative employment, or who work within a university.
