Why attend?

The Profession’s Resource and Environment Group is staging another networking evening suitable for all actuaries interested in discussing and finding more about, the opportunities arising as our economy responds to resource constraints and climate change. There will be speakers already involved in such issues, including risk management, energy consulting, carbon capture and storage insurance and financing nuclear decommissioning, followed by a panel discussion and networking over drinks. This is a chance to debate how existing work is being affected, and new opportunities created, as economies address the massive challenges involved.

This event will provide an excellent update and networking opportunity for Students and Fellows, from all practice areas, who have an interest in new areas of environmental work.
