Why attend?

This short, easily-digestible presentation will show you some simple changes you can make to your own behaviour to improve the mood of your team and help you achieve your full potential. Mike Fiszer’s presentation will:

  • offer insights on how you come across as a team member
  • give practical guidance – what can I do about this now?
  • help you minimise the negative impact of hijacking, anxiety and envy in your team
  • leave you with some effective strengths-based leadership tools to help you and your team to be more agile, flexible and develop.
  • answer “what you should get other team members and managers around you to do tomorrow?”

After the presentation delegates will have the opportunity to network with associates and members of The Chartered Institute of Bankers.
