Why attend?

Projections of future mortality improvements continues to be a hot topic. In the first part of the meeting, Gordon Sharp and Neil Robjohns will present 'CMI_2010', an updated projections model to reflect the latest national population data.

The second part of this session will be a discussion of current and possible future practice in setting mortality improvement assumptions for insurers and pension schemes. This is in response to a number of requests the CMI has had to facilitate such a discussion, and so the floor is yours to share your experience and pose questions to your peers in this important area.

Who should attend?

Actuaries working in life and pensions, and all others interested in longevity projections.
