Why attend?
The ability of UK life insurers to charge differential premiums to males and females has been removed following a legal challenge to the European Court of Justice. The judgement was published on 1 March and it will have profound implications for UK insurers.Members of the working party established to consider the impact of a ban on the use of gender in life insurance will present an initial view of the judgement and its implications. This will be followed by an open discussion of the implications. Please come along prepared to participate.
