Solvency 2 will transform insurer corporate governance and director responsibilities - are you prepared?

This event, organised by and for the Non-Executive Director member interest group, is intended to facilitate candid discussion on the challenges faced by insurance company boards (and particularly non-executive members of boards) in implementing Solvency II.

We have listed some of the issues to be discussed in the attached programme and we encourage prospective attendees to add their own questions / comments to the discussion agenda by e-mailing them to petrina.parnell@actuaries.org.uk.  We also hope to use this event to elicit views of practising NEDs on both the requirements for, and the resources available for continuing professional development.We are grateful to Milliman for their sponsorship of the drinks for the networking session to follow the formal proceedings.
