The David Hume Institute is running a seminar on Thursday 4 October 2012 at 18.00, at the Royal Society of Edinburgh, entitled Unlocking the Potential in Scotland's Public Services. The speaker will be Mr Robert Black, former Auditor General for Scotland, chaired by Sir John Arbuthnott.
