Payment options: Conference fees can be paid by credit or debit card or we can issue you with an invoice. If you select invoice our payment terms are 14 days of the invoice date, all fees must be paid before delegates arrive at the conference or a credit card payment will be required on arrival. Please note, once a booking is made the delegate is liable to pay the conference fee even if the place is cancelled, please see cancellation T&C's below:
Cancellations: Once a conference booking is made a 20% cancellation fee is applicable, whether payment has been received or otherwise. Cancellations must be made in writing (by email or post). NB: From the 13 August we are unable to offer refunds on any cancellation. However, delegates can send a replacement from their own organisation.
