How to get there
- By car
From the North:
From the M6, join the M61 at Preston. At the end of the M61, the motorway leads onto the M60, follow signs for M60 South and West towards The Trafford Centre. Continue onto the M602 and follow signs for the city centre and Manchester Central Convention Complex onto the A57. Follow signs for Manchester
city centre. At the roundabout turn left onto Chester Road and through the traffi c lights continuing under the railway bridge onto Deansgate. The hotel is situated on the right hand side.
From the South:
Exit junction 19 of the M6 and follow signs to the M56. The M56 becomes the A5103. Follow city centre signs. At the end of the road, go straight over the roundabout, following signs for the Manchester Central Convention Complex/Bridgewater Hall onto Medlock Street. At the lights turn left onto Whitworth Street
West, taking a right at the next set of lights continuing under the railway bridge onto Deansgate, the hotel is situated on the right hand side.
Parking:
The hotel has a valet car parking service at a cost of £20 for 24-hours (limited spaces, subject to availability). There is additional parking at Manchester Great Northern Warehouse, which is a 30 second walk from the hotel.- By rail
Half-hourly inter-city trains from London Euston reach Manchester Piccadilly station in approximately two hours and 20 minutes. You may then get on a Northern Rail train which will take you directly to Deansgate, this journey time is no more than five minutes. Alternatively, a taxi journey is approximately ten minutes and costs approximately £7 from Manchester Piccadilly station.
- By air
Manchester International airport lies off junction 5 of the M56 motorway, which connects with the M60 (Manchester’s ring road) at junction 4. There are three terminals and directions for all terminals are clearly signposted. The Skylink moving walkway system links Terminals 1, 2 and 3 via the airport railway station. A taxi journey from the airport is approximately 25 minutes.
