Delegates are to organise their own accommodation.
Accommodation is available at the Celtic Manor Resort, the Manor House or the Holiday Inn Newport.
We have negotiated preferable rates at these hotels. To benefit from these rates please book directly with the hotel and quote the relevant reference.

All cancellations made one full calendar month prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Any cancellations after this date will incur charges equivalent to one nights stay at the full nightly rate.

Book before 15 April to receive the negotiated rate. The hotel will require pre-payment at the time of booking and this would be non-refundable.
