Fees:

The local Belgian VAT rate will be applied to all conference fees.  Companies are able reclaim VAT at this website: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/taxation/vat/traders/vat_refunds/index_en.htm.

The conference fee includes all administration, access to speakers presentations, refreshments, lunches and dinners, as detailed in the Conference programme.

Please Note: All fees must be received prior to delegates registering on arrival at the conference. If you have an outstanding balance when you arrive on site, you will be asked to settle the amount by credit card before you collect your conference materials (we do not accept Amex).

Group discounts
A discount is available for companies wishing to send six or more attendees from the same company to the conference (when booking at the same time).  You can receive this discount when booking online or by returning all booking forms together.

Discount places

Cancellations
Cancellation of a conference place must be made in writing.  Cancellations of a conference place will be subject to an administrative charge of 20% of the total fee.  There will be no refund for cancellations advised after 3 September.

Cancellation of accommodation must be made directly with the hotel and is subject to their cancellation policy, detailed on their website.
