Booking your place
Any bookings received after Monday 4 November are required to settle the delegate fee by credit card (a member of the event management division will telephone you for your details), unless the form is accompanied by a BACS remittance advice.
Group bookings
A discount of 10% is available for companies who send six or more delegates to attend. In order to receive the discount, all bookings must be made at the same time online or via booking forms.
Cancellations
Cancellation of a place must be made in writing (by email or post), and will be subject to an administrative charge of 20%. Any cancellations advised after Monday 4 November will not be refunded but a colleague can attend in your place, we will need written confirmation of this from the original delegate.
