Group discounts
A discount is available for companies wishing to send six or more attendees from the same company to the Conference (when booking at the same time). You can receive this discount when booking online.
Cancellations
Cancellation of a seminar place must be made in writing (by email or post), and will be subject to an administrative charge of 20%. Any cancellations advised on or after 4 May 2013 will not be refunded but a colleague can attend in your place. We require written confirmation (by email or post) of this from the original delegate.
If you are unable to find a substitute your place, you will still be liable for full payment after this date.
Please Note: all fees must be received prior to delegates registering on arrival at the Conference. If you have an outstanding balance when you arrive on site, you will be asked to settle the amount by credit card before you collect your Conference materials (we do not accept Amex).
