Research workstream reserving working party
The remit of this working party is to look into work that can be done now to invest for the future. To better equip reserving actuaries and looking at questions of Best Estimates and Quantifying Reserving Uncertainty. (Background information on the work of GI ROC).
Objectives:-
- The evolution and manifestation of losses
- A survey of reserving functions
- What “good reserving” looks like
- A literature review
