Date of correction: 8 June 2005
Correction: Following responses to the consultation, it has come to light that the spreadsheet published alongside Working Paper 12 contained incorrect values of q(39) for all tables. The spreadsheet has now been corrected. No changes to the Working Paper itself were necessary.
