The portal is designed to help members, probably younger ones, thinking about a move into finance and investment and wanting to know more about the subject, the technical issues and career opportunities. The aim will be to cover as many as possible of the finance and investment topics listed on this page.

The portal will provide links to as many sites as possible, indicating what can be found on these sites, for example, useful papers. It will also link to papers and documents already on the Profession's website. In addition, it will include links to information about events in the world of finance and investment (e.g. links to conference organisers or diaries of events).
