Only Fellows, Associates and students of the Actuarial Profession can log in to this website.
To log in enter your username (your Actuarial Reference Number) and password (date of birth in the format dd/mm/yyyy - you must include the separators) in the boxes.
Five failed attempts at logging in will result in your password being locked. If this happens contact fiona.mcneil@actuaries.org.uk to have it reset.
Once you have logged in you will be able to change your password if you wish, and specify which practice areas you are interested in. Any new password must be at least 4 characters long or it won't be recognised. Your personalised page will include the most recent stories for each practice area specified. Bear in mind that the more areas you specify, the smaller the number of items for each area that will appear on the first page.
You can change your preferences at any time. When you do this, the system will send you an email at your registered address confirming the changes you have made.
Your ARN is printed on your annual subscription renewal invitation. If you can not find this, or if you have forgotten your password please contact the Membership Department.

You will need a different user name and password from your normal login to access advance conference proceedings. These will be sent to you with the conference joining instructions.
1. You must have cookies enabled on your PC.
In IE: Tools > Internet Options > Privacy move the slider down to the bottom until the text reads 'Accept all cookies'.
2. The latest version of Internet Explorer (or at least 5.5) is recommended.
3. Turn off page caching in the browser.
In IE: Tools > Internet Options > General, select Settings under Browsing History and select 'Check for newer versions of stored pages every visit to the page' and then OK. Next select Delete under Browsing History, and against 'Temporary Internet Files' choose Delete Files. This will clear your cache and should make sure the browser gets the latest page each time.
4. If the above does not work, you need to force a refresh on the page where you enter username and password, not the page after this. Hit 'Reload' or 'Refresh' on your browser toolbar to achieve this.
