On 23 June 2008 the President of the Faculty and the President of the Institute announced the launch of a consultation survey and an in-principle vote for their respective members.
The closing date for responses to both the consultation survey and the in-principle vote will be 5.00pm on 8 August 2008
The Councils of the Faculty and the Institute agreed, on 12 February 2008, for the benefit of the whole UK Profession to recommend a merger of the two bodies. The consultation process started and a series of meetings has been arranged. You will also find it helpful to read the Questions and Answers
