Students often ask the Online Education Team what happens if they have an IT problem during their online CA3 exam

We want you to be able to concentrate on your exam and not worry about IT issues on your exam day

You can help to do this by:

  • making sure that your equipment is well tested, and
  • that it meets the minimum requirements we have given you in the Guide to CA3.

Contact the Online Education Team as soon as possible if you have any problems. They are here to help you.

This way any problems that might arise should be sorted out before the exam day

Nearly 4,000 students have used the CA3 online application for their exam, and very few have experienced problems.

If you do have a problem on the exam day then let the Online Team know straight away. They can then work with you to fix the problem.

We cannot accept your exam submissions after the deadline unless we know that there is a valid reason. So don’t risk yours not being accepted and you being removed from the exam.
