Members have just a few days left to nominate eligible individuals for Honorary Fellowship of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), and Gold and Finlaison medals, before nominations close on Monday 23 November 2015. 

Gold and Finlaison medals and the award of Honorary Fellow are the highest honours awarded by the IFoA

  • The Gold Medal is awarded in honor of work which is of pre-eminent importance, either in originality, or content, or consequence, in the actuarial field. 
  • The Finlaison Medal is awarded in recognition of service to the actuarial profession in furtherance of one or more of the various objects set out in the Royal Charter of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

  • Honorary Fellowships are awarded to eminent individuals who are seen to add value to the profession and have an ongoing involvement with the IFoA.
