Social policy and the public interest

On 9 June 2003 the Board hosted the inaugural Social Policy and the Public Interest event to publicise its projects and promote a wider discussion about the profession's commitment to the public interest. The event was chaired by Faculty President, Tom Ross, and well attended by over a hundred people, including a number of non-actuaries.
