The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) sets mandatory ethical standards for all IFoA members

The Actuarial Profession Standards (APSs) apply to all members regardless of location

In addition, the IFoA produces non-mandatory guidance to assist members to meet their professional obligations.

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) sets Technical Actuarial Standards (TASs) which must be followed by those carrying out work in the United Kingdom
