David Martin

David is a partner with Mercer based in Windsor and, as Professional Leader for the Retirement and Risk Finance Division in UK, has responsibility for Professional Standards and Training..  He holds a Scheme Actuary Certificate and advises Pension Scheme Trustees and Companies on their pension arrangements.

David is Leader of the Scottish Board of the UK Profession, a Member of Council, Deputy Chair of PREC, Chair of the PREC International Sub-Committee, a member of the Groupe Consultatif, a member of 2 IAA Committees, and is also on the UK's Management Board.
