The Actuaries' Code (October 2009)

The Presidents of the Faculty and Institute have published a new code setting out the ethical principles all actuaries are expected to follow in their professional life. The new code is shorter and simpler for both actuaries and public to understand than the Professional Conduct Standards (PCS) which it replaces.  The Actuaries' Code came into effect on 1 October 2009.
