Please ensure that you have selected the correct exam(s) and centre location. Changes to your exam entry will not be accepted after the closing date, for any reason.
Faxed entries can only be accepted if payment is being made by credit card, and all necessary details have been completed on the form. DO NOT fax your form in lieu of payment. If you are in doubt that your fax has gone through DO NOT fax your form again until you have checked by calling the Exams Hotline.

No allowance will be made for any errors or omissions by candidates, employers or other persons, by the postal authorities, or by failure of transmission by fax or online. This rule will be STRICTLY enforced. It is the personal responsibility of the candidates to ensure that the exam entry application has been received. Late entries WILL NOT be accepted for any exam.
At the time of giving notice of entry the candidate must pay the exam fee. Exam entries will not be accepted unless the candidate has paid all entrance fees, subscription, tuition, exemption and exam fees that may be due, and has complied with the Examination Regulations and with the requirements of the Bye-Laws of the Faculty or Institute.
