Notes

Online exam entry for the next exam session is now available. Please login as a member to access this service, for which you will need to pay by credit card.

Entry via the online system ensures an immediate registration, confirmation and receipt. Your entry permit will be forwarded to you in the normal way. Please note that the usual closing dates apply for this service.

You may not be aware that receipts are available to all students from the Members section of the website. Receipts for your exam entry payment can be accessed from this section after your transaction has been processed.

Candidates must complete and return an exam entry application to the Examinations Team in Oxford, no later than the specified closing date. All applications must be accompanied by the correct fee and include a valid ARN.

ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID ARN NUMBER.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct examination(s) and centre location. Changes to your exam entry will not be accepted after the closing date, for any reason.

Faxed entries can only be accepted if payment is being made by credit card, and all necessary details have been completed on the form. DO NOT fax your form in lieu of payment. If you are in doubt that your fax has gone through DO NOT fax your form again until you have checked by calling the Examinations Hotline.

Candidates are advised, in their own interests, to submit entry forms well in advance of the closing date. No allowance will be made for any errors or omissions by candidates, employers or other persons, by the postal authorities, or by failure of transmission by fax or online. This rule will be STRICTLY enforced. It is the personal responsibility of the candidates to ensure that the exam entry application has been received. Late entries WILL NOT be accepted for any examination.

At the time of giving notice of entry the candidate must pay the examination fee. Examination entries will not be accepted unless the candidate has paid all entrance fees, subscription, tuition, exemption and examination fees that may be due, and has complied with the Examination Regulations and with the requirements of the Bye-Laws of the Faculty or Institute.
