South-East Asia regional community

The South-East Asia community has been set up to bring together Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) members based in Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam

There are around 1,000 IFoA members in this vibrant part of the world. 

We would welcome anyone with an interest in the actuarial profession in South-East Asia, or with plans to relocate to this region, to get in touch with us.

Joint Regional Seminar - Call for Papers!

The Joint Regional Seminar (JRS) is an annual event co-organised by the IFoA, Actuaries Institute Australia and Society of Actuaries with the support of the local actuarial societies in the region.

The JRS will be held on
• 25 – 26 July in Taipei
• 27 July in Hong Kong
• 30 – 31 July in Kuala Lumpur
• 1 August in Jakarta
• 3 August in Sydney
• 6 August in Bangkok
