Willis Towers Watson

The company has set up a number of inclusion networks, including one for neurodiversity.  Within their HR function, in the diversity and inclusion team, there is a dedicated individual responsible for promoting autism awareness and supporting all aspects of recruiting and managing autistic individuals. They offer training for line managers/colleagues and have established an autism employment/recruitment centre of excellence that different parts of the business can tap into if they are seeking to employ autistic people for specific roles. Adjustments can be made to accommodate autistic employees in terms of working environment or conditions (eg fully working from home if they prefer). They are also part of an Autism at Work Roundtable for employers who have autism employment programmes in place. The company actively promotes events such as World Autism Awareness Day (both internally and externally).
