We’re hosting two events for those currently working as a Career Ambassador and those interested in the role.
This is an Edinburgh specific event, later in 2018 we will be hosting other events around the UK for this purpose.
Career Ambassadors are volunteers who help the careers department with their work developing the actuarial brand and promoting the IFoA as the professional body of choice for budding actuaries. We hosting an event in February that will help those who currently work as Career Ambassadors and anyone who may be interested in the role to understand what is happening in the recruitment market, how the role of a Career Ambassador can help students to understand how to navigate those changes and what is expected of you in the role and what we do to support you.
There will also be information available to all attendees on the latest Personal and Professional Development scheme and the Chartered Actuary proposal.
