This session will examine the megatrends and themes driving the Future of Work across the Financial Services industry, and how Covid-19 has accelerated new future work priorities with a particular focus on hybrid work and leadership mindset and capabilities. This session is recommended for leaders who are interested in learning more about the emerging future of work implications, what this means for your organisation, and practical next steps.

David Storey
David is a Partner in EY People Advisory Services (PAS) based in London focusing on the Financial Services Market. He has over 24 years of experience in consulting - focusing on the future of work, strategic workforce planning, and capability development. David has been responsible for developing the EY PAS C-19 response for return to work and Hybrid/remote working in EMEIA.

 

Louisa Blain
Louisa is an Associate Partner and leads the EY PAS Insurance team and brings over 20 years of people and organisational change consulting experience. Her focus is on large-scale, complex transformations, including organisation restructuring, back-office transformation, shaping the Future of Work, and tackling the impacts of Covid-19.
