Alan Watson will outline the IFoA’s response to the DWP’s Green Paper ‘Security and Sustainability in Defined Benefit Pension Schemes’. This will include discussion on the main points raised by the Green Paper. Will it bring pensions from the dark valleys to the green sunlit uplands?
He will also touch on the current state of the IFoA and its membership
About Alan:
Alan Watson has worked in the pensions industry for 20 years. He works at Aon Hewitt in Edinburgh advising a number of trustee and corporate clients. He holds several Scheme Actuary appointments.
He is a member of IFoA Council and chairs its Scottish Board as well as being a member of the Management Board.
