Fiona Burrough works at the IFoA is as a Case Manager for disciplinary investigations, but is also involved in regulatory projects. She is a solicitor and her background is in the charity sector and criminal defence.
This session provides a walk through of the Disciplinary Scheme, outlining the key aspects of the process. We will also look at an important volunteering role within the process and some case studies.
Arrive at 08.30 for a 09.00 start.
