Preparing for change

We live in interesting times with Brexit and the election of Donald Trump, trade deals and alliances collapsing, the world order that we have known for several decades is shifting. Increasing we live in a VUCA world – volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. This creates challenges for us as actuaries in determining probabilities and risk of future events. It also challenges us as leaders as we try to keep our organisations afloat and profitable in increasingly choppy waters.

This highly participative workshop will explore VUCA and what we can do to be more resilient as individuals and as tomorrow’s leaders.
