Diseases affecting the brain and nervous system can have a devastating impact on affected patients.  The insurance industry provides financial support in these circumstances to customers who have Critical Illness, Income Protection or Long Term Care insurance

This talk explains, in simple terms, how the brain and nervous system should work and how disease interferes affects with their functioning.  The talk concludes with an exploration of how changes in diagnostic criteria may affect Critical Illness pricing in the future

Refreshments will be served from 17:30 and the lecture will start promptly at 18:00. There is no need to register in advance for this meeting and non-members are welcome.
