Ellen Yang is associate director of KPMG Greater China. In the past 3 years, she has worked both in Beijing and in Hong Kong. She has recently completed an 18 month secondment with China Insurance Regulatory Commission, mainly to help the market to implement the new risk based solvency regime- C-ROSS. She started her career in Edinburgh and has worked in China since 2011.
