ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Neil is an investment consultant at the Regulator and advises on investment issues in respect of both DB and DC schemes. In this role, he works with individual pension schemes as well as contributing to policy work impacting across the DB and DC landscapes. He joined the Regulator in 2017.
Prior to this, he worked as an investment consultant and fixed income portfolio manager at IBM Retirement Funds EMEA. He became a fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in 2001 and is a CFA® charterholder.
