The Pensions Board has developed a strategy for its engagement on defined contribution pensions. The paper sets out those areas where the Pension Board believes the IFoA can make a valuable contribution to policy, regulatory and industry developments. The Board will do this by working with our members to develop our evidence base and by engaging with stakeholders. Other practice areas like the Life and Finance and Investment have working parties relevant to this agenda, and that research from relevant ARC programmes, overseen by the Research and Thought Leadership Board, will also contribute to our thinking in this space.

The implementation of this strategy will be managed through the Pensions Board and its research subcommittee
