Take part in our Volunteer Satisfaction Survey and help improve the volunteer experience at the IFoA.
All members of the IFoA benefit from the time given by their peers, both past and present, who volunteer to help the IFoA achieve our strategic objectives.
Listening to our volunteers and learning about your experiences is important to us, helping us to better understand how you feel about your engagement and helping us enhance the support we provide – creating a more rewarding volunteer experience.
Help us improve the volunteer experience
Each year we ask volunteers to have their say about how they feel about their volunteer engagement.
This year you can add detailed feedback to your survey response. This invaluable insight will enable us to better understand the views of our volunteers and continue to improve the support we offer you.
Feedback from previous IFoA Volunteer Satisfaction Surveys have helped us to:
- improve our Volunteer Information Pack,
- develop new guidance and a webinar on competition law, and
- enhanced our support for flexible, remote working and collaboration tools with the introduction of Bluejeans and Egress.
