Determinations are records of the decisions made by the various disciplinary panels as to whether a member has committed misconduct.
The determinations of the cases heard under the Disciplinary Scheme are reported below in accordance with the guidance on Publication issued by the Disciplinary Committee. An updated version of the Publication Guidance came into effect on 1 August 2023. This version applies to complaints being considered under the Disciplinary Scheme effective from 1 August 2023.
For complaints being considered under previous versions of the Disciplinary Scheme, the previous version of the Publication Guidance applies.
Records of decisions made by a Capacity for Membership Panel are not called determinations; instead, these are called orders.
