This Working Party looks at the education of actuaries on the impact of central clearing of Over the Counter (OTC) derivatives on pension funds and insurance companies.
Key objectives:
- consider any new products or services that are required to assist pension funds and/or insurance companies
- consider instigating some work into the impact of central clearing of OTC derivatives (and CSA specific discounting where appropriate) on valuation of liabilities.
