Susan is an Associate Director at PwC, where she has worked for seventeen years. Susan has worked with a wide range of insurers in general insurance and health insurance and specialises in reserving and Solvency II.
Susan is a former Chair of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries' (IFoA's) General Insurance Reserving Oversight Committee (GIROC) and sits on the IFoA's General Insurance Board.
