Notice of forthcoming Disciplinary Tribunal Panel Hearings

Ms Anna Irina Beck Zlateva (lapsed member)

Disciplinary Tribunal Panel Hearing, 21 September 2018, The International Dispute Resolution Centre, 70 Fleet Street, London, EC4Y 1EU.

The hearing is public and it will commence at 10:00 on 21 September 2018.

The allegations are that Ms Zlateva failed to demonstrate that she had undertaken the appropriate minimum amount of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) during the 2015/2016 CPD year or submit a written request for an exemption from the CPD Scheme. It is further alleged that Ms Zlateva failed to co-operate with the IFoA investigation, in that she failed to supply documents and/or further information requested by the Case Manager.

 

Ms Victoria Louise Jenkins (lapsed member)

The hearing is public and it will commence at 13:00.

The allegations are that Ms Jenkins failed to demonstrate that she had undertaken the appropriate minimum amount of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) during the 2015/2016 CPD year or submit a written request for an exemption from the CPD scheme. It is further alleged that Ms Jenkins failed to co-operate with the IFoA investigation, in that she failed to supply information, evidence and/or explanations as requested by the Case Manager.

The hearing is public and it will commence at 10:00.

This is an application for readmission to membership by the Respondent.

 The Respondents are facing the same allegations which are:

During the IFoA’s CA2 Online Examination on 4/5 April 2017 you gave and/or received unauthorised assistance by discussing the examination paper and/or sharing your answers with another candidate; you knew or ought to have known that your actions would allow another candidate to submit to the IFoA an examination paper which was not entirely their own work; you submitted to the IFoA an examination paper which was not entirely your own work; your actions were in were in breach of Paragraph 9 of the IFoA’s Exam Regulations Fellowship and Associateship; and your actions were dishonest.
