Putting things right

The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries is committed to the provision of a high quality service.  If we make mistakes, we want to put things right.

The process outlined in the Putting things right document is for use when handling feedback and complaints primarily about the standards of service at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.  It is most likely to be used for feedback or complaints about staff.  However, in some circumstances it might also be an appropriate mechanism for complaints about volunteers in their capacity working for the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

If you wish to make an allegation of professional misconduct by a member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, please refer to the How to complain about a member page.
