International Winter School in Actuarial Risk

International Winter School in Actuarial Risk

Dates: 27 January - 1 February

Venue: Monte Verità in Tescino, Switzerland

Perspectives on Actuarial Risks in Talks of Young researchers (PARTY)

This international school is targeted to bringing together young researchers working on Longevity Risk and Risk Theory. These disciplines have developed independently for many years, but recently converged due to modern life insurance products. Young researchers across disciplines will present and discuss, while invited experts from academia and practice will be available for feedback.

The Institute of Actuaries will award a best paper prize of £250, with consideration of publication in the Annals of Actuarial Science.
