As an Affiliate member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, you can receive news and information about our events and activities.
Our Affiliate members can contribute to and take part in our meetings, conferences and research activities; and receive copies of our publications, such as the British Actuarial Journal. If you would like to become an Affiliate, please complete the form in the box at the right of this page.
Meetings
As an Affiliate, you can attend and take part in a range of activities, including meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops, networking events. We regularly organise events with other organisations, such as INQUIRE, the Institute of Risk Management and the International Longevity Centre. Our regional actuarial societies also organise events and activities.
International discussion
As an organisation with a global membership and international perspective, there are many opportunities to discuss issues and developments with actuaries from around the world.
Research
Our Affiliate members can publish research and discussion in our publications and get involved in actuarial research projects.
Publications
Affiliate members receive copies of our publications, such as the British Actuarial Journal. This publication is a scientific journal and submissions to it are peer reviewed.
