Banking debt
The aim of this working party is to look at and investigate the issues affecting banking debt. This working party formed in 2010.
Key Objectives:-
- Investigate bad debt reserving for banks in UK, Europe and USA; background and practice to bad debt reserving
Decide direction of working party in areas such as:-
- Accounting rules
- Legal
- Regulation
- Enforcement
- Letter v's spirit
