Disciplinary Board
The Disciplinary Board oversees the monitoring of our disciplinary schemes. The board makes regulations, provides guidelines on procedures under the scheme, and is responsible to and reports to the Council.
The composition of the Disciplinary Board is governed by the disciplinary scheme and its members are appointed by the Disciplinary Appointments Committee. It has three lay members, including the Chair, and six Fellows complete the composition. Board members hold office for up to three years, renewable at the discretion of the Disciplinary Appointments Committee.

Disciplinary Board minutes and reports
The Disciplinary Board meets three times a year and publishes minutes of these meetings. The next meeting of the Board is 3 September 2013. The Board also reports annually to the membership.
Memoranda of Understanding
To support the investigative process, we have signed Memoranda of Understanding with the Pensions Regulator and the Board of the Pension Protection Fund which facilitates the exchange of appropriate information.
