DPB handbook

The DPB handbook details the rules for conducting Exempt Regulated Activities or Non Mainstream Regulated Activities which licensed firms must comply with. It covers, amongst other things, conditions for becoming licensed, Conduct of Business, Complaints and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

The latest version of the DPB handbook is given here. This version came in to force on 1 April 2013.  From time to time, this handbook will change to reflect new or amended regulation.
